Complex ERP and BPM Integration in Large Industrial Enterprises

A comprehensive ERP system was established in accordance with the business operations of "Akkord Qazax Cement Plant", one of the country's largest industrial enterprises. Within the scope of the project, through the implementation of the E-flow BPM program and its integration with the LOGO Tiger system, logistics, customer order management, contract systematization, and customer settlements were fully automated. Additionally, by ensuring centralized management of the customer base by sales managers, the company's overall operational efficiency and workforce productivity were significantly increased.
