LOGO ERP and MES Production Automation Project at Güngöroğlu Paxlava

Güngöroğlu Paxlava is one of the oldest and largest baklava producers in the country, specializing in the production and sale of traditional Azerbaijani and Turkish baklava. The company combines authentic Eastern dessert traditions with modern production standards, offering a wide range of high-quality sweets made from carefully selected ingredients and prepared by skilled baklava masters.

As part of its digital transformation journey, the company implemented the LOGO ERP platform together with a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and mobile sales solution. The project enabled end-to-end automation of production operations, warehouse management, sales, and distribution activities. Production planning, recipe management, inter-warehouse processes, and finished goods tracking were optimized through a centralized ERP infrastructure.

With the mobile sales system, sales representatives can manage orders and customer operations in real time, ensuring accurate order processing and timely deliveries. The implemented ERP ecosystem significantly improved operational efficiency, strengthened production control, and supported the company’s sustainable growth and scalability.
