Complex ERP and BPM Implementation in the Agricultural Sector

The business processes of "Buta AGRO", one of the leading producers of premium vegetables in Azerbaijan, were equipped with the E-flow BPM system, and the enterprise's previous ERP system was successfully replaced with the LOGO Tiger 3 program to transition to a more modern platform. As a result of this upgrade, the activities of all workplaces and departments—including warehouse, production, finance, accounting, and procurement—were centralized. Furthermore, the accurate and prompt generation of necessary reports related to these operations was successfully ensured.
