LOGO ERP and Production Automation Project at AZGRANATA MMC

AZGRANATA MMC is one of the largest producers of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the South Caucasus, operating since 2011. Located in the Agsu region, the production facility covers an area of 14 hectares and is equipped with modern technologies that meet international standards. The company manufactures natural fruit juices, concentrates, compotes, lemonades, wines, and vodka products. The factory includes fruit receiving and processing units, Tetra Pak and glass filling lines, packaging facilities, and compote production departments.

The LOGO ERP system was successfully implemented within the company, enabling the full automation of production, warehouse, finance, and sales operations. As part of the project, international-standard reporting and management structures were established, allowing real-time monitoring and centralized management of operational and financial processes through a unified ERP platform.
